i'm not sure i understand your Q, because it seems to me that it would be impossible to have too much thyroid (hyperthyroidism) and not enough thyroid (hypothyroidism) at the same time. who said you had these?

if you are looking for a specialist to follow up on thyroid issues, i suggest that you try an endocrinologist.
