Hello, I am looking for some guidance/advice/input/etc...
I am 19y/o, female college student. 5'8" 135lbs. Regularly do yoga and pilates, take vitamins, and eat a balanced diet. Non smoker. Non drinker. No medication use. Normal periods.

These ailments have developed over about 4 years(with no cause) and I am reaching my breaking point. I do not have health insurance nor do I qualify for free/discounted healthcare. I have no financial resources. I am saving to see a doctor so I have made a list of things I experience regularly (most are daily) that I feel I should not be experiencing. I know some are related or caused by each other. I know some may be looked at as normal. But collectively, I need help;

  • Insomnia
  • Muscle/chest pain
  • Bruising/spots/bleeding
  • FATIGUE- no energy
  • Constant headaches/migraines
  • Bright lights cause headaches, trouble seeing, and anxiety
  • Acne/ingrown hairs
  • Dizzy spells, head rush when I stand up
  • Severe neck, should, and back pain
  • Excessive thirst
  • Stomach aches, sickness, nausea after eating
  • Strong pulse/heartbeat in abdomen and front of neck
  • Weight changes, gain & lose weight with no regards to eating habits or diet
  • Sweating/fevers
  • Trouble breathing/excessive yawning
  • Extremely sensitive hearing - causing headaches, frustration, and anger
  • Sensitive skin, random rashes
  • Tingling numbness/weakness in arms and legs
  • Ankle, knee, and hip pain
  • Constipation/hemorrhoids
  • Hair loss/breakage/thinning
  • Freezing cold in the morning
  • Legs, fingers, and hands turn bright red or white
  • Swelling in ankles
  • Anxiety/sadness/depression
  • Lack of motivation, interest, unsocial
  • Sickness and dizziness from standing for a short period of time
  • Constant feeling need to stretch
  • Ear infections

  • I have been told by doctors in the past that I have anemia as well
Please feel free to ask any questions at all

    Thank you so much,
    Hannah
