I also have fibromyalgia. I have tried savella, lyrica and cymbalta. None of that seems to work for me, each day my pain gets worse. I tried PT exercise nothing helps doctors look at me like hypochondriac. Sometimes i think i am. My worst pain is on my neck, shoulders and chest all at the same time. My hubby tells me that ive become lazy Nd we are having some problems because of that. He doesnt understand my pain and he feels im just using it as an excuse so i do chores at home. I have noticed that my pain gets worse when i am stressed out ... Im only 45 yrs old and i feel like i am 90 i cant go upstairs without the help of a handrail, i cant run or walk for too long i also cant sleep or take naps this is the worst thing that ever happened to me i went to pain management i got a needle on my shoulder muscle the first week no pain but after that it got worst than it was i dont know what to do anymore. Im blessed to have a job but now im starting to have problems concentrating focusing and working at a fast pace as i used to this is horrible...also i really rhink this is hereditary cause my father had it and my cousing has it too !!!
