I NEED HELP. MY HUSBAND HAS BEEN HAVING SEVERAL PROBLEM. SEVER CHEST PAIN AND HARD TIME BREATHING. WENT THREW BRAIN MRI,CHEST XRAY,CHEMICAL INDUCED STRESS TEST. ALL THESES TEST HAVE CAME BACK NOTHING IS WRONG. MY HUSBAND IS A VERY ACTIVE MAN THAT WORKS 7 DAYS A WEEK. IM DISABILED AND SCARED TO DEATH OF LOOSING MY HUSBAND. THESE ARE THE SYMPTONS THAT MY HUSBAND OF THE AGE OF 46 1/2 YEARS OLD IS HAVING. CHEST GETS VERY TIGHT,HAS PROBLEMS EVERY NOW AND THEN WITH BREATHING,HAS THESE MASSIVE SWEATS,PAIN AND BURNING IN BOTH FEET,BLOOD PRESSURE DROPS TO 101/53 PULSE 53. I NEED SOME HELP WITH ADVISE ON WHAT IS GOING ON OR WHAT ELSE CAN WE DO?

I am sorry, but there are no doctors in this community. You could repost over on the Heart Disease community if you'd like, however, no one can diagnose over the Internet.

I would suggest that your husband get a second opinion if he is dissatisfied with the current diagnosis. You also mention he wors seven days a week--perhaps the two of you need to discuss his making sure to take time off? You can also check out this article on What's Causing My Chest Pain?
