How to Do Wet Wraps

When your skin is itchy, red and cracked and nothing seems to be relieving the eczema symptoms, you may want to try wet wrap therapy. Wet wrap therapy is effective in calming and re-hydrating the skin. The Eczema Center at Rady's Childrens Hospital in San Diego has a great "how to" video about wet wraps.
