Just dropping in to say hello before I get off this thing and get things done around here. I washed my living room curtains and now I need to iron them. Bad thing about that is Johnny is home, sick with a cold. I wonder why I start thing and know that it'll take forever to get them done.

Just being me.

Nothing's changed. Still not sleeping right. Have a migraine coming on but can't take my meds because of the man-child being here. They tend to knock me out. LOL! I have fallen asleep with him before and what happens while I'm out is not a pretty sight. LOL!

I remember when my daughters were about 3 and I was working nights at Owens Corning. For some reason, they were home with me and I had to stay up after working all night - 7-7. I tried to stay awake but about 11 I feel asleep and woke up a couple of hours later to the sound of my girls laughing and having a good time. They had opened the pantry, which I didn't know they could do, climbed the shelves and had gotten a bag of cheetos. Not only were there cheetos all over the kitchen, they had them all over them, ground in the carpet, cheeto hand prints all over the walls, furniture, and me. It took hours to clean that mess and I learned a valuable lesson. Make sure you take your kids to the sitter. Every day when you're working nights so you can get some sleep.

I hope you all are having a good day.

Hugz,

Karen

If your parents never had children, chances are you won't, either.

It's now a few hours later and I hope that migraine has at least not worsened, Karen.

Ironing? You've braver than me. Ironing is a chore that is not at all doable for me.

Rest well tonight, dear Karen.

The cheetohs story made me laugh. Kids don't need hours of free time to get themselves into so many things they shouldn't. *chuckle*

Karen I have one better than the cheeto's. How about a graham crackers, flour, cereal and a few other pantry items through in for good luck??

I hope that your head ease up, I have missed being around and of course miss out on knowing what is going on with everyone!

I just happen to be in bed with my stupid back. I can stand up for about 15-20 minutes before I want to start throwing things and lose my "patience"??? Not sure I have any of those lately.

Well of course life has always got something new in store for us!! At time I only have William,

Hello Caprice, Just hanging out waiting for my meds to kick in!

Lap top had a problem with the keys doing double letters so needed to get on the desktop, it has some issues too..

Hopefully I will get back more often, as with all of us, most of my energy is directed into taking care of "life"

Miss everyone here and hope that all are doing better.

softest hugs to ALL

Hey Dragon!

Wow, it's been a long time since I've seen you lurking about. Good to see you on...not sure how I missed your post, but you know how my brain works (or doesn't )...but we won't go there.

Sorry your back is giving you fits though...that stinks big time. It's ok to throw things, just not AT someone....maybe you can get a box of Nerf balls to heave around...that way if you do hit someone or something that's breakable, you'll minimize the damage somewhat.

Hope your back gets feeling better soon!

Jim
