Hello emmasimi,

Welcome to the community!
The symptoms are definitely there, however I suggest that you try and get it diagnosed by a doctor.
No pains for me at the moment (touch wood) although I too get palpitations and sometimes my heart even skips a beat. What I have learned to do is probably one of the few or the only thing I can do and that is to try and stay calm. It usually goes away after a few seconds.
Please find below some information that knyb007 posted that might be of use to you.
knyb007 responded: I've been there. I was sick about 6 years ago and had all the troubles you explained and more. Doctors couldn't find anything wrong with me. They weren't doing the right tests. I'll spare the details and just get to the solution. If you are on the east coast, contact Dr. Ritchie Shoemaker in Pocomoke City, MD. If you are in the Southwest, contact Dr. Michael Gray in Benson, AZ (outside Tucson, AZ) These are two of the most highly qualified doctors who know what to look for, how to diagnose and treat people with chronic fatigue. I have seen both of these doctors and am happy to say that I am on my way to full recovery.
If you are unable to see either of these doctors, ask your own doctors about levels of VEGF, TGF beta 1, MSH, C4A.I hope that I have been helpful and that you feel better very soon.
Take care and keep in touch.
Warm regards,
Sergio
