I have never posted on this site before. Any advice on how to start over with a new insurance provider? I had Kaiser for 10 years and am now forced to switch. I do not even know how to begin explaining my fatigue to another doctor. Although she has all of my medical records from Kaiser, I feel like "what's the point". This doctor is so optimistic that she will find the medical cause (even though this hit me in 2005). Just been really tired and wiped out for the last couple of months and do not know if I have the energy to start all over again with a new doctor. Sometimes I feel like none of this is worth the effort any more. I truly feel like I will never get back to being my old self. Do not mean to sound so depressed, but it is killing my ability to function.

I just posted on this site for the first time even though I frequent it for any new info. I don't normally share with strangers, it's hard enough with "friends and family". I really don't have any suggestions for the new provider other than I had to go to a few Dr.s before I was heard and thats kind of where your at. It's incredibily difficult to go over and over the same medical info and what's worse is she thinks she can find a medical reason for this, wow ! If that's the case we all need her as our doctor. I also have FMS and CFS so I feel your pain and exhaustion, literally. Unless someone has it or loves someone with it, they just don't get it. "it's all in your head or you're lazy and of course depressed". Yes I am depressed, wouldn't you be if you had pain 24/7 and utterly exhausted, unable to do normal daily activities ?! If nothing else, I just wanted you to know that I hear ya and I get it. I wish you the best and good luck !

There is a light at the end the tunnel for CFS. Its called EPIGENETICS. AT LAST!!! an answer to our illness.
Epigenetics is a discovery by scientists of how our environment, stress, toxins etc have the power to switch off gene function in our body. The good news is there is now a product that switches back on the genes that control our energy battery in the cell.

I suffered for nearly 20 years and recently was asked to lead a pilot group on the first ever epi-genetic therapy program. Within a few months we all began to experience a turn in our health and 1 year on we continue to enjoy a level of health we never thought possible. If you want to know more about these you can email me at janine.j@xtra.co.nz and I can share whats available for you. Your dream can come true....ours did.
