Medicine for CFS?

are there any prescription or over the counter medicines used to assist in treatment or temp relief of symptoms of CFS? i am wondering if there are any known meds that assist in living with with CFS ive heard adderall has been prescribed by some dr's as an off label remedy for patients that suffer from CFS. but thats the only medicine ive read abt possibly being used

I have used Ritalin, adderall, phentrimine, and nuvigil. All have worked. My body gets used to something after 6 months or so & I have to switch. My favorite is nuvigil but it is very expensive

I'd like to know more abaout nuvigil. Does insurance cover it?

Honestly, I take 10 mg Vicodin. I also have all-over body pain and aches, and nothing else seems to work.

I need energy AND pain relief. Vicodin gives me both. I don't take it often, but it really helps
