Hi,
I have been prescribed Adderall for CFS since 2000. Without it I couldn't get out of bed. It works for me. But it is an amphetemine so doctors aren't keen on prescribing them for CFS/FIBro As long as you have no history of addictions Adderall can help. It saved my life. There are also two stimulants not in the amphetemine class(of is Provigil) that are available. Good luck!
Sincerely,
Steve

It is "off label" if you will. However, there is no med approved by FDA for Tx of CFS/Fibro...so the stimulant did work well for me. I was on 10mg of Adderall for 4 years. I did not build up a tolerance. I would discourage anyone with past addictions issues from trying an amphetamine however.

There is a non-amphetamine stimulant called Provigil that works for some. Doctors of various medical expertise are prescribing anti-viral medications with good results.
I hope that helped. Good luck.
Sincerely,
Steve
