For starters, always pace yourself. If you are doing a chore at home or work, make sure you take time to rest while working.

Break up chores in say, 15 - 20 minute increments, work 15, rest 15. This will in the end save your evergy. By doing this your are allowing your body to recover from the work you've just done.

It's quite a challange sometimes to stick with it, you just want to get it done and over with. But if you go at it like "your killing snakes", hubby used to say this to me, you are going to pay later.

Slow and steady, that's the key to pacing one's self.
