Replace artifical sweetner with Stevia (or Agave nectar)

I was a Sweet n' Low girl for years ... and just recently switched to Agave nectar. It took some getting used to, but I've grown accustomed to the taste. (and it's actually DELICIOUS in my non-fat plain Greek yogurt)

A nutritionist at my local health food store told me that Agave nectar is not a low glycemic food as it claims to be -- so she recommends Stevia for anyone who is looking to control their blood sugar.
