Went to the RE today, b/c i got my smiley face (YAY) found out i have a 29mm follicle! (YAY) and my lining is really thick and good (YAY)! finally got to use the Ovidrel shot that's been sitting in my refrigerator the last 3 months because nothings looked good enough to use it till today (YaY) I am having a wonderful day! The shot in my stomach was not as bad as i was expecting! I start giving myself 2 a day starting tomorrow! also the RE put me on extra folic acid b/c he forgot to call it in on Tuesday... I have to be on that b/c of my blood clotting disorder... So now i just wait till tomorrow to find out how my blood work looks which i'm sure will be good! 
Maybe this is my month! just trying not to get my hopes up too much!

Yesterday I didn't feel so great... the Ovidrel shot kicked my but... my right ovary felt like it was going to explode... i felt like i was going to get sick the whole day... Stomach is still bloated! Other then all that wonderful stuff... i am feeling 10X's better today... I am very proud of my self that I can give myself shots! lol! I had asked my mother-in-law if she could do it if i couldn't and i just woman uped and did it! lol! The poke doesn't hurt at all it's the medicine going in that burns... ready to get a BFP So i can keep this baby! I'm on CD 16 so I still have 1 week and 6 days to go lol! hopefully it goes by quickly I'm just going to take it one day at a time, and pray that God is ready for me to finally bring my frist child into this world!

Is the bloating normal? I have been bloated since the first round of IUI and it hasnt gone away. I am on CD 17 3dpiui. Yesterday was busy and today is no different. I think these next 2ww are going to fly by. This coming Sunday DH and I get to drive 7 hours home (back to WV) to visit our family for a week and a half. So i will have all of that distraction that week to keep my mind off of it. Then right before we leave, I have to test or get my blood drawn to confirm or deny.

Yes, the bloating after the trigger shot is normal! It doesn't happen to everyone just like some side effects of medication. We are just the ones blessed with this lovely bloating side effect... Great huh? lol!

But my logical brain knows that its too soon for the egg to have implanted and at this time, it is still making its way down the tubes. Its the size of a spec of dirt and takes about 7 days. I'm excited for you! you have a really high chance of conceiving this round! not 1 not 2 but 3 good follicles that could be fertilized! Lucky... lol! I only have one 29mm! Hopefully it works for both of us! It would be amazing news if everyone got their BFP all at the same time!

I think I would be as excited as you are, if the nurse was a little more convincing. because I have had cysts in the past, she couldnt tell me if the larger one was a follie or a cyst that has grown in size.....whaaa whaa whaa
I think without that comment I would be on cloud 9 with the possiblity of conceiving. I guess I will just have to wait, patiently, for my progesterone results on Friday. which I am hoping are where they need to be or above and then she can "maybe" give me some more definitive information about where I stand. Everyone keeps telling me, that because I do not have fertility issues and its just the sperm, that i am still afraid it wont work. People who do everything right, still have difficulty. what makes us different from anyone else?
