Hi everyone! We have been trying for #2 for 7 months, and found out I hhave PCOS. This was my first round of clomid with ovidrel shot and timed intercourse. I had the trigger shot the 23rd and I was told not to test until tomorrow - but of course I just did a digital and it came back negative Any way it's too early?

I just don't understand how this is supposed to work. I wasn't getting regular periods, so I don't know when AF is supposed to come. But since the digital is supposed to show up 4 days prior to period, I'm prob in that time period, right?

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

I have PCOS, too. I am also irregular. However, if you KNOW that you ovulated, AF should come 14 days after you ovulate. This has worked like clockwork for me when I ovulated.

Pregnancy tests can detect pregnancy prior to your missed period, but the longer before your period that you test, the less accurate. It doesn't reach peak accuracy until a day after you miss your period. Hope that helps!
