help or hurt with clomid

I was just wondering what I should avoid when using clomid to help it work better. Or things that can help it work better (supplements or certain foods)? It has been a while since I have been on clomid and the first time around 100mg worked great. This time around I am getting ready to start 150mg with no sign that 100mg even attempted to work. I want to make my chances the best they can be especially since this will be my last cycle at my OB/GYN if 150mg doesn't work.

Thanks in advance and Baby Dust to everyone. So happy to see so many BFP lately!!
