Ok so i'm new to this my bf and I just recently decided to start trying. we had sex last month and i thought i had timed it well. my period was 3 days late this month but i had very faint spotting 2days after so i thought maybe i was pregnant. but sadly i got my period on day 4. I'm supposed to start clomiphene on day 5 of my cycle which is on the 14th but i'm still a bit confused as to when i'm fertile. My doc told me that generally days 13-17 are fertile days then i hear from other places that it's 11-17 and now i'm confused because on the info that came with clomiphene it says ovulation usually occurs 5-10 days after a dose of this medicine. Does that mean count 5 days after the 1st dose on the 14th or what does it actually mean? I've been stressing myself out cause i read other discussions about ppl trying for a long time and then i thought i was pregnant but nope. If anyone can answer my question about the ovulating or any other info i would greatly appreciate it. Thank You

Hey girl- I'm going thru the same thing. Took clomid last week n today is cd13 (13 days from 1st day of period). Today. Hubby n i will start trying every other day until next week. In my research everybody ovulate different times so the best bet is to try 5 days after the last pill. I'm crossing my fingers that this be our month since we just started back on clomid since January. Good luck to u!
