I haven't really been on here much. Just lurking mainly. I am on CD 25 with 150mg clomid cd3-7. We did a scan on cd 12 this cycle and things looked pretty good. I had one big folicle on the left (20mm) and a smaller one on the right (12mm). DR hoped I would O around cd 16 I finally got a pos OPK on cd 15. I typically have a 24hr surge but couldn't test on cd16 to make sure. We did bd and hoped for the best. I went in last friday (cd22, 6 days past possible O) for progesterone bloodwork. I got results today, 8.3. Not quite high enough the dr said. The nurses didn't thing that one day early for the bloodwork would have made that much difference. I think it is a good sign since before at 7dpo my prgesterone was at 0.6. We scheduled a follow up appt for the 14th to discuss the options. I am hoping that either I get AF this weekend or a BFP to show that it did work and we are not out of options. Since this was 150mg clomid, I am pretty sure I am out of options with my OB/GYN if it doesn't work. I don't know if one more cycle will add a boost to push me to O if I didn't this month. I am not sure if my OB/Gyn will do femera (nurse questioned if I was on clomid or femera). I am not sure what to think....I am holding out hope for this cycle. Just lost right now I guess.

Me-24 DH-37 TTC 1st for 13 months. 3 rounds of Clomid all BFN's. Taking a break until appointment with RE on June 5th.

TTC 2nd- 11 mos, 1st round of clomid - BFN, 2nd - MC, 3rd- BFN. Now, periods are regular, trying to conceive on our own.

hope this C works for you! those numbers sound good! has your doctor thought about putting you on progesterone? my last months C (au natural,no meds) my progesterone was at an 8.3, so my RE put me on progesterone suppositories this C with clomid to help increase the chances of the egg sticking.
me(28) DH(28) TTC since 06'. DH's SA~ good. my testosterone is slightly elevated and i have low progesterone, but all other tests came back great. this is my first C of clomid.
