Dr's office called and said the RE did not think we needed to change anything for the next cycle since everything looked good and it was just a matter of it still only being 20-25% chance. So, I will be doing the same thing this round. AF has not shown up yet but that's ok for now as I have to go tomorrow morning for an u/s to make sure my 25mm follicle that I had isn't a cyst and still there. Also, I'm hoping I don't start until at least Saturday because in 4 weeks I'm going to be in Canada for vacation and I don't want to be testing or getting AF then. Bleh.
Me-24 DH-37 TTC 1st for 14 months. 3 rounds of Clomid all BFN's. Switched to RE. Doing Femara, Ovidrel, Progesterone this cycle. 25mm follicle! AF due July 17/18. Blood test July 17!

Good luck with the ultrasound! Hopefully the follicle released and there's nothing to worry about there. The promising cycle you had is definitely a step in the right direction. At least it's progress!

Ok, so I had my u/s this morning. I got there and the tech asks when I started my period. I told her I still haven't. She went ahead and did the u/s and then I met with one of my RE's assistants. She told me that my uterine lining is still really thick and that means one of two things....I am still going to get AF it's just taking longer or I am pregnant. Anyway, they drew more blood this morning and they are gonna call me this afternoon with the results. The woman asked me if I have ever been late and I said no, unless I didn't ovulate. (My progesterone was such that they are confident I O'd) I have had some cramping off and on this week, not much yesterday, and no cramping as of today. It's kind of weird that I haven't seen AF yet because once I start cramping it doesn't just go away, but you never know, stranger things have happened. I'll update when I hear back!

That's frustrating/exciting! Frustrating because you don't have a sure answer. I would be going crazy right now! I assume the follicle was gone from your ovary? Let us know as soon as you do! Good luck!
