New to Clomid

My husband and I have been trying to conceive for the last 2 years. Now my doctor has put me on Clomid. I start my first round in a couple weeks. I've been reading some reviews and I'm getting nervous about the possible side effects that can take place from miscarriages to cysts. I really hope this solution is the right one for us. I really want to be a mom so bad, and I know my husband would make an excellent father. We've been praying about this everyday, and I'm really hoping clomid is a success for us.

I start my first round in a couple weeks. I've been reading some reviews and I'm getting nervous about the possible side effects that can take place from miscarriages to cysts. hi, well i took clomid for the first time in 7/23/12 and the last pill waz on the 7/27/12. but i dont have my period since 6 months already, i start taking clomid without my period, but i been reading and people say that clomid will not work, if i dont have my period first! the clomid calendar marks that i waz going to ovulate the 8/6/12! and that waz the i waz going to start mking love! but now i havent got my period, and am pretty sure am not pregnant! the pill are 50mg just like urs,! and i dont want too take the other round bc i want too make sure that it will work!!

I got pregnant with 50mg, but m/c. They are starting me on 100mg. Hopefully you will ovulate like I did on 50mg, and get your BFP! Good luck!

Me(26)DH(28)DD(3) TTC 2nd- 1yr, 1st round of clomid 50mg - BFN, 2nd - MC, 3rd- BFN. Been trying naturally 6mos, waiting for AF in Sep to start 100mg of Clomid!

I'm also new to Clomid. I took 50 mg last month, i did ovulate on it but no pregnancy. This is my second round and i'm waiting for ovulation. I didn't have any side effects the first round except some little warm feeling and i was taking the pills before bedtime. But this time around, i had terrible hot flashes, terrible warm feelings, nausea, fever and headaches for 3 days! I was taking Tylenol to releive the pain. But i will say just stay positive, it is worth the pain if at the end you will be holding a bundle of joy. I have an appointment on the 20th to check my progesterone level, last month it was at 26.3. The only thing i can do is staying positive and hope for a BFP. It is hard and sometimes i'm really sad about this situation, but worrying doesn't do any good and surely doesn't change anything, so i better just let go and let God. Keep us posted.

Well my progesterone level in August was at 12, less than the previous month (26), i don't know why and the doctor said it was ok and i did ovulate...But no BFP. So i decided to take a break from all of this before seing a fertility specialist.

Me(30) DH(38).TTC 1yr.3mths 1700mg Metformin.2rounds 50mg clomid.Ovulated but all BFN.On a break before seeing RE.
