sperm analysis
msbooknerd posted:
So my hubby finally got tested. Low count. We are not sure exactly how low yet. We have an appointment w/ a specialist next week. Can anyone give me a little hope. Ever since we got the results I have been soooo down. I feel like it's the end of the road. We cant afford IVF and I don't know about IUI. Has anyone ever heard of vitamins for low sperm count or anything that can increase it? Also, I should add that when he tested he was supposed to go at least 2 days after we BD but not more than 5 days. We BD'd 1 & 1/2 day earlier. So not quite what they prescribed. Please help me feel better.

I have heard of other women on these boards whose husband's had a low sperm count or low mobility. There is a vitamin called Megaman (megamen) their husbands used and it helped...they ended up getting their BFP. I know it seems like a death sentence but I wouldn't give up hope. I am sure the specialist will have some ideas about what will hlep increase it. Also since you don't know how low it is, it may be only slightly low.

Hang in there! I am sure there is hope!

Thank you for your reply! I did see Megaman on one of the fertility sites and I will probably order it. It can't hurt. Thanks so much!
