After trying for 2 years went to see gynec .she prescribed 50mg clomid (3-7) ,i took it for 4 months ,ovulated on every cycle but didn't got pregnant. Then took 2 months break and a new appointment with RE,looking at the history,he suggested 100mg clomid (5-9).and all monitoring during my cycle(u/s,blood work, hsg x-ray). All the resulted came back normal, ovary size is gud but now i didn't ovulate.....negative OPK.
Tomm. i'm going for HCG shot.,lets c what happens after that.....but is this happened with anybody that first u ovulate on lower dosage and later on higher dosage u dont ovulate.?

In short, yes, it's normal. I O'd once on 100mg and then never again on that dose. On 150mg I only ovulated sporadically. Long story short, my body doesn't respond well or consistently to Clomid. I'm now using Femara/Letrozole with much better results. Just hang in there!
Me 23, DH 25, TTC 2 years,8 rounds Clomid, round four 7.5mg Femara this cycle, test 8/27
