Not a dumb question!

BG 3.0's are only intended to be used one time. There will still be urine on the fabric against your LO's skin even though it's not soaked like the insert. I'm sure you could do it in a pinch, but it's not something I would be comfortable doing.

They are only intended for use one time. Although you are not the first person to ask this question I wouldn't feel bad, my boyfriend asked it just a few weeks ago. The BG's do such a good job of keeping baby dry, it's hard to tell when they are wet sometimes.
