Help for someone suffering from a lifelong migraine?

I am 27 years old and I have 3 types of migraines. The migraine never stops, but sometimes I am lucky and suffer from a silent and disorienting migraine instead of the lovely lightening bolts or eye pain. Who should I see and what type of doctors should I find?

I literally had hundreds of MRIs, CAT scans, and blood tests, but every test shows I am well. I refuse to take most types of drugs except for Tylenal sometimes, but the migraine intensity is starting to effect my work performance.

Doctors from all over the West Coast USA have said allergies, not enough water, bad diet, and/or posture is causing my headaches. However, I have changed all of these factors: I drink eight cups of water a day, exercise daily, eat healthy foods, and live in an amazingly clean house. I am tired of doctors telling me to drink more water or push the cause off onto some misnomer. Help!?!
