clusters have stopped. Quit smoking now!!!
spargueman posted:
I suffered for 4 years straight with cluster headaches sometimes up to 6 attacks a day. My remissions would only last 2-3 days at a time. It was a nightmare for me and my family. The pain was worse than anyone could describe. I called them my Freddy Krueger visits.

Then they stopped! Finally! I had the burst Appendix that saved me from insanity.Back in early April 2013 my appendix burst and I had an emergency trip to the hospital to have removed. That was a close call but like my father use to tell me "good things grow out of dung" and he was right.

I spent a few days in the hospital recovering and had gone through some nicotine withdraws and frankly I was tired of being a slave to tobacco. I gave them up and haven't smoke since.

I haven't gone this long without CH in 4 years and I feel confident that they are over. Quiting Smoking or getting rid of the appendix has given me a new lease on life. I sleep normally and no more pills etc. I am drug free and headache free.
