When I blow my nose, air comes out my tear duct. Is this common? If not, what coud be causing this to happen? My ears are plugged and when I hold my nose and try to pop them, air also comes out that same tear duct.

That is just air going through your naso-lacrimal duct...nothing wrong; nothing unusual.
