Rod Moser, PA, PhD responded:
How old are you? Why in the world would you be afraid to tell your parents about a frightening issue that you have had for SEVEN MONTHS????

You cannot be blindly diagnosed over the Internet, based solely on the vague symptoms you have posted. The ONLY way that you can be properly assessed and treated is for you to see a medical provider -- someone who can take a detailed history (I know nothing about you or your history), and more importantly -- someone who can examine you first hand and perhaps, order some diagnostic tests.

The person that needs to be helping you...is YOU. I am sorry to be so blunt, but suffering privately, and in silence will never solve anything.
