Afte a trachiotomy surgeyr it was dislacated due to patient being moved from his position. The nurse then tried to hand pump air to the patient which cause his face and chest to fill up with air to the size of a volleyball. What are the risk of being filled with air under the skin and is it painful?

You will need to address this issue with your surgeon. I am sorry, but I really do not know enough about the details of this particular case to offer you any comment.
