There has to be some kind of relief for the sypmtoms of TMJ, the headaches, ear aches, the continued non stop tinnitus. Don't even mention wearing head phones or some type of noise suppresor. Covering up the problem does nothing

There may be some relief, but you will need to be seen by a TMJ specialist. Treatment may consist of anti-inflamamtory medications, special mouth inserts, and even surgery, depending on the severity of your conditioin.
