Help me name the throat part...

I am trying to figure out what is behind the tonsils...it is a lumpy looking part that sits behind the tonsils. It is behing the uvula.

The only thing behind your tonsil is your posterior pharynx, and it can be lumpy-looking (this is called "cobblestoning"). The uvula is in the middle, at the back end of your palate, dangling down like a icicle.
