Is it possible that Debrox causes ringing in the ear?

I have the same story as you had. It started with wax buildup in my right ear (no ringing), followed by the use of debrox, then ringing! ...but the ringing has stayed for 5 months now! I saw an ENT and he said the Debrox shouldn't cause it...however I feel something is not right that three people so far and who knows maybe there is more who complains about the same thing. I am upset that the my doctor did not mention about using Debrox as one of the side effects. People should be aware of the possible side effects. I know the doctors said it is impossible, but they should look into it before they recommend....
