Spicy Food
tinakep posted:

I have a question:

Last Wednesday night, I ate some spicy food (which I never eat). I did have loose bowels that night. Then the next day I was exercising on the treadmill, then went to urinate, wiped my rear and noticed there was blood on toilet tissue. Could this happen after eating spicy food? (did feel some discomfort in that area, also)

Thank you.

I am a 42 year old female
