in-ear earbuds jerked out of my ear the other night
pinchharmonic posted:

To be more specific, in-ear earbuds are the type that actually fit securely inside the ear canal (unlike the typical white ones given with apple devices that sorta hang near the canal).

Yesterday, I accidentally jerked them out of my ears when I was grabbing my backpack and it violently pulled on the insides of my ear. Since the earbuds create such a tight suction, it almost felt like it was sucking something out of my ear.

I've had a mild pain (2/10) in my left year since last night all the way until noon today. Wondering if anyone else has had this type of issue and if I should seek medical attention.
