    Yellow fluid, nosebleed

For 3 days I've had what I assumed to be sinus infection. Today I blew my nose, and a watery, yellow fluid came gushing out of my nose followed by blood. I've never had a nosebleed before, but a coworker said that the blood was normal with a sinus infection. I've had my fair share of sinus infections. Never had a nosebleed, or this yellow gushing fluid.

Naturally, it's after doctor's hours here on the islands, and I won't have access to one for 48 hours at least. Any thoughts?
