lump in throat

I have a painless lump in my soft palette near where your tonsils are. I've been to the dr who gave me antibiotics - azithromycin and said it was from a sinus infection or nasal drip. The antibiotics didn't help. I called back and she said to take zytrec every night before bed. Can anyone give any advice for this. Should I see an ent or give the zytrec some time? I'm not a smoker or drinker. I'm 24 / female and a ftm to a 4month old so I'm just worried for the sake of this being something serious.
