Just over two weeks ago I was in the backseat of a friend's car when hhe turned the radio up quite high. I can't remember how long it was at this volume maybe a minute or so. Anyway afterwards I had a felling of fullness in my ear and generally pressure. It is over two weeks since and this feeling is still present. Its really getting me down i'm worried it won't go away. I would really appreciate any advice. Thank You

I am not a doctor but I have experience about the condition you described. It is probably one of the muscles in your middle ear which is tensed (tensor tympani muscle). Try to get relaxed (neck and shoulder massage helps) and not to worry it and the muscle tension will ease.
