I'm a 24 yr old woman and Friday I was diagnosed with strep-a day after my oldest was diagnosed-well Saturday I was still sick and yesterday I had felt like I was getting better. Well this morning when I woke up I woke up with sinus pain in my face and it hurts to cough and sneeze, now the question is, is that normal? Can strep cause what feels like an upper chest infection?
