Runny nose

For months now I have been experiencing runny noses throughout the day and I do not know why. I am a healthy 29-year old male. I have never had problems with allergies. I did have bronchitis about a couple years ago. The only minor symptoms I have that are related to bronchitis are a runny nose and rarely throat discomfort. The only other factor I can think might be causing my condition is Escitalopram, a medicine I have been taking for about three years. Any suggestions on what might be causing my runny noses?
