Does anyone know what this might be?

Hi. I have been having phantosmia for about a year. I blew it off at the beginning because I thought maybe it was just dampness in the house or something not serious. Now, it has gotten to the point that I smell a burning sort of pungent smell nearly 24/7. In the last few days it has become a more disgusting smell.

This summer, I also developed vertigo in the morning, coupled with very bad headaches in the a.m. The nausea has become more than just a morning thing now.

Once in a while a get a violent leg kick in bed just before I fall asleep. It wakes me. I don't know if this is just a normal thing--sometimes people jerk. this is a full out leg off the bed and landing. It only take a second. I wake up from it, obviously, then fall back to sleep.

I went to the GP today and he took blood. He said he wants to see blood tests before referring me to possible Ear, Nose, and throat specialist.

I would love to know if anyone has seen this combination of symptoms before. Clearly, I am worried.

It's me again, Kerrinm. I am 50 years old and female. My meds are estradiol and levoxyl, (hypothyroid).
