Calcium deposit on Ear lobe?

Hello,

I have had a white spot on my ear lobe for at least a few years. It does not appear to be a pimple. Overnight it became inflamed and sensitive - a stinging sensation with my ear against my pillow. I have posted two pictures in the link shown below. Could you give me your opinion on what it is most likely to be? Thank you.

Sorry...I would have to see it first-hand and FEEL (palpate) it to offer you an opinion. A picture in this case is not worth a thousand words and it would not be appropriate for me to guess what this might be. There are numerous skin lesions this could be...from simple cysts to ?

Since this is really a skin issue...that just happens to be on your ear, I would suggest that you see a good dermatologist.
