Ask your neurologist if he/she has "ruled out" Benign Intracranial Hypertension ( sometimes requires a lumbar puncture to check the CSF pressure). Also have the MRI re-examined for possible Chiari Malformation.
Both problems can cause head pressure and dizziness.
