Have a friend who has been having blood in his urine, stool, and semen. What could be causing this?

My friend has been passing blood through his urine, stool, and semen. I am very concerned about this and was wondering if someone could give me some kind of idea of what may be going on with him. Could this be a sign of HIV? or A sign of Colon Cancer?

Hi bms81,

I understand your concern for your friend. Has he seen a doctor about this? Had surgery of any kind lately? Any infections or other medical issues?

If he has not seen a doctor, please tell him to go immediately. Why take a chance, when there are medical professionals that can help?

I hope that he gets the medical examination that he needs and wish you both the best! I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Best Wishes! Amelia
