colon cancer surgery/sespis infection/complications

a family member has under gone colon cancer surgery, surgery did not hold and errupted causing bile to infect her causing sespis-infection causing her to put on life support in ICU UNIT in hospital, she has in in hospital since 10/5/2011 in ICU--infections ,fluid in lungs.and now VRE infection-Would you suggest transfering her to a better hospital with more extensive care for her situation- I feel that she is not getting the right care to deal with all these complications. Does any one have information on Jefferson University Hospital IN PHILA? also a SPECIALIST IN THIS FIELD ?
