Colon Cancer, (Polyps)

I am 53 and have had 4 colonoscopies, so far no cancer, but there are a lot of polyps, recently I have noticed I am losing weight I have taken my belt in 4 loop holes, I have had bloody stools, my bowel movements have at times been slender, I tire very easy, I can have a bowel movement and 10 minutes later I have to go again, and just today I had some discomfort on my stomach, I am having a colonoscopy in March, my older brother has colon cancer, should I be worried
