I have mild constipation (5 days), stool appears thinner and shorter, I feel full but not uncomfortably, no gas passing (vary rarely). I need to strain in order to produce stool. I am 37 years old, slightly obesse, not much vegetables in my diet. What are the chances of having colon cancer?

thanks a lot!

You go 5 days between stools? Is that correct?

If so, please arrange to see a doctor, asap.
