    surgery or not?

    I am a 73 year old male in bad health. Back problems, will not do surgery do to health problems, COPD , Diabetes and other problems.
    My dr. wants to do a re-section of my colon. Do to my health, I don'
    know if I want to go thru it all. My Wife is also sick and will have a problem taking care of me.
    Any Suggestions?

    Hard to say. Not in your position but with the other things going on, perhaps being able to control the symptoms would be best at this time.
