this february my husband had half of his colon removed. since then he has not been interested in having sex at all. i am 5 months pragnant with our first child and well i am guessing you know the rest. i am starting to wonder if he is not getting sexually arroused any more because i am pragnent and have gained weight or if it is from his surgery. he keeps telling me that hes just not interested in having sex any more. i want so much to think that its not me but i am honestly not sure. can anyone clue me in on weather having a colon restaction can cause less of an appatite for sex or be honest with me and tell me that its not the surgery its probably just because i have gained weight with the baby .

We cannot tell you whether it is due to your pregnancy or because of this surgery but keep in mind that your husband is still recovering from a pretty major surgery here.
