After Stage 4 diagnosis, colostomy and start of chemo and frequent adjustment of pain medications, despite what I think is good support, I find myself becoming uncontrollably emotional, teary and unable to carry on a reasonable conversation. Is this a normal part of the process or indicative of other problems?
