Pursed Lip Breathing -Dale demonstrates

Everyone who has COPD should master the breathing technique called "Pursed Lip Breathing" . This technique can be used when you become SOB (short of breath) from climbing stairs, taking too hot a shower, having a panic or anxiety attack, getting SOB while eating, driving over a mountain, etc. Pursed Lip Breathing can raise you O2 Sat by as much as 3 to 5 %. That's important.
