Heartbreak at first OB appointment

I went in for my first appointment and in the sonogram there was no heartbeat. The dr. gave me a 2% chance and I go next Tuesday for a follow up sonogram but they discussed D&C with me and what to expect during a miscarriage...
I can't help but feel as if its my fault.....
I know its not...
but the second I saw the picture on the sonogram I knew something was wrong... and the look on the tech's face then the Dr.
They were so kind though...
I know there is still a small hope but deep down I feel like I just know...
