Blighted Ovum Help

I need some help. I was just diagnosed with a blighted ovum, and told that everything will move on its on, as far as the placenta and such

My problem is that in a week's time the placenta had doubled in size, and no movement. Is there anything I can do to personally help move this along? I have had a previous miscarriage, which ended with a D&C after a month because my body would not expel what it needed to.

I've also had to have a cesarean because my son would not deliver vaginally, for multiple reasons.

I would rather not have to had a D&C, and would much rather this all worked out without surgical intervention.

Suggestions??????
